Kaileigh Shiner is the Managing Director of Utopia Mortgage Broking and a highly experienced finance broker, known for her personalised approach and deep industry insight. With over 10 years as a valued member of the Utopia team, Kaileigh officially stepped into the role of Managing Director in August 2025, continuing to drive the business forward with integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
Kaileigh holds a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and has a solid foundation in banking, having worked across various roles within the financial sector prior to joining Utopia. Her banking background gives her a unique perspective and a comprehensive understanding of lending processes from both the broker and lender sides.
She specialises in providing tailored finance solutions that align with her clients’ individual circumstances and long-term goals, whether they are first home buyers, seasoned investors, or business owners seeking commercial finance.
